Refund and cancellation policy

Monthly subscriptions

AI Chatbot and Social Media Management renew monthly until you cancel.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal on your Account page or by emailing support@famtext.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

We do not refund the current month once it has started. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 7 days and we will review it.

Sports Info packages

Packages cover a fixed period and don't renew automatically.

We do not refund unused time on a subscription or fixed-term package once it has started, except where the law requires it. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Photo Prints

Prints are made from the photos you upload.

If your prints arrive damaged, are missing or are not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we will reprint or refund them.

You can cancel a photo print order for a full refund before printing starts. Once printing has started it cannot be cancelled.
