About these terms
These terms apply when you use famtext.com and buy FamText services. FamText is based in Cedar Park, Texas, USA, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Services and prices
Services, options and prices are listed on our Services page in US dollars. We do not currently charge sales tax. If tax applies to an order, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Subscriptions
AI Chatbot and Social Media Management are monthly subscriptions that renew each month until you cancel. The recurring charge is shown before you pay.
Sports Info packages cover the fixed period you choose and do not renew automatically.
Your content
You're responsible for the photos and information you send us, and you confirm you have the right to share them. We use your content only to provide the services you order.
Acceptable use
Don't use FamText for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive. We may refuse or stop a service that's used this way. This includes harassment, fraud, uploading photos you don't have the right to use, and using the AI chatbot to break the law.
AI Chatbot
The AI Chatbot is an automated assistant and can make mistakes. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
Sports Info
Sports Info is for information and entertainment. It isn't a betting or wagering service.
