What is FamText?
FamText offers four services that help you stay connected: a personal AI Chatbot, Photo Prints, Social Media Management and Sports Info.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Which services renew automatically?
AI Chatbot ($14.99/month) and Social Media Management ($29.99/month) are monthly subscriptions that renew until you cancel. Photo Prints is a one-time purchase, and Sports Info packages cover a fixed period and don't renew automatically.
How do I send photos for printing?
After checkout you'll upload your photos on a private page linked to your order. We accept JPEG, PNG and HEIC files up to 20 MB each.
Do you need my social media passwords?
No, never. Access is set up through each platform's own team or partner settings, which you control.
Is Sports Info a betting service?
No. It provides sports information only: scores, stats and updates. There are no picks or predictions.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Cancellation terms are explained in our Refund and cancellation policy.
Can I use FamText in Spanish?
Yes. The entire site is available in Spanish. Use the language switch at the top of any page.
