This page covers Photo Prints, the only FamText service that is printed and delivered as a physical product.
Where we deliver
Photo prints are delivered to the recipient you identify at checkout. You don't need to enter a shipping address.
Print details
Prints are 4 x 6 inches (10 x 15 cm) on glossy photo paper.
Delivery cost and carrier
Delivery is included in the price you see at checkout. We send prints by mail and share tracking information when it is available.
Processing and delivery time
Printing starts after we receive your photos. We print within 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that. Delivery to some recipients can take longer.
Delivery problems
Please double-check the ID number you enter at checkout. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.
