FamText ("we") provides the services described on famtext.com. FamText is based in Cedar Park, Texas, USA. You can reach us at support@famtext.com.
Information we collect
Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address and phone number, and the recipient ID number you enter at checkout.
Order details, such as the services you buy and their status. Card details are handled by our checkout provider and are never stored by FamText.
Photos you send us for printing.
Preferences you share during setup, such as social media profile names, sports and teams, or how you'd like your AI assistant to address you.
Messages you send us through the contact form.
How we use it
To provide the services you order, including printing and delivering photos, managing the profiles you choose and sending the sports updates you request.
To answer your questions and send messages about your orders.
To keep our services secure and prevent misuse.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run FamText, such as our checkout, printing, delivery, email, phone and AI providers, only as needed to deliver your order. These include Stripe (payments), our hosting and email providers, printing and delivery partners, and AI model providers. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
Uploaded photos are deleted 90 days after your order is delivered. Order and payment records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Chatbot conversations are kept while your subscription is active and deleted within 30 days after it ends.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@famtext.com. We reply within 30 days.
